Natural Ethiopia Sidama

This is what we call a gateway coffee. The one that makes people pause. skip the cream and sugar. and finally understand what single origin actually means. It’s nuanced. fruit-forward. and just a little wild—in the best way.

This natural process coffee is dried inside the cherry before the beans are removed. That extra time with the fruit brings out bold. layered flavors you won’t find in a typical washed coffee. No additives. no gimmicks—just a deeper expression of what coffee already is.

Sweetly tart. crisply chocolaty. Raspberry jam. baking chocolate. sassafras. almond butter. freesia in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity. very full. satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Berry-toned finish supported by notes of baking chocolate.
